I am an accomplished People and Technical Executive in Global Research and Innovation. My career, spanning thirty five years, in the beauty consumer products sector has been marked by leadership in developing and launching pioneering beauty products that resonate on a global scale. With a focus on navigating complex market dynamics and leading high-stakes go-to-market strategies, I have effectively managed product portfolios that drive substantial revenue growth and enhance market share across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

In my executive roles, I have successfully integrated acquired brands into Company global strategy, achieving transformative business outcomes and establishing strong market presences. My approach is defined by a commitment to sustainability and leveraging advanced scientific methodologies, ensuring that each innovation aligns with current and future consumer demands. Deep technical rationale and consumer relevance remain at the core of all product development. Innovation guided by sound science and developed with principals of new, better and perceived performance. My International roles include assignments in France and “pioneered” to set-up a full-scale Research facility (in India) inclusive of infrastructure, leadership team, operational teams and programs/areas of focus. I am an experienced R&D Professional in the field of formulation/product development of Beauty Products for International Markets. I excel at pushing forward innovation upstream to downstream (from internal and external sources), influence/champion change and drive business forward. I haven also set up and delivered results on Open Innovation and Development along with Operational Excellence. Lastly, I have conceived, designed and implemented a fully integrated R&I site in the US for L’Oreal to allow for collaboration, creativity and cross-fertilization of experts.
